"Awesome product - packaging could use work"
This product is fantastic (it's our second buy from this brand), but the way it was packaged left a lot to be desired. It came in a bag with barely any padding, and it was a bit bent when it got here. I'd gladly shell out a bit more cash to ensure that the item is packed well and won't get damaged on the way.

"Fantastic addition to our B&B"
This item looks fantastic at our B&B. The price and quality are just right... Delivery to the Netherlands went smoothly. No delays or issues at all. We did have to cough up some extra local customs/tax, but that’s pretty standard with international shipments. Overall, we’re happy with the product.

I got the 30 inch sign to hang above my double doors with the tall ceiling. It’s just right! The sign showed up in less than a week after I placed the order. The Christmas sale price was a nice bonus.

This company is just fantastic!! From how easy it is to place an order to the speedy delivery, I’m always blown away! The product quality and craftsmanship are top-notch! The personalized name is such a lovely gift, and I’ve only received compliments! I’m really happy I found this company a few years back. This might be my first review, but it surely won’t be my last purchase! P.S. On my latest order, they threw in a small heart piece for the home. Not sure if it was a mistake or a little extra, but it was a nice gesture either way.

"Just what I wanted, but..."
The product looks fantastic, just like I imagined. I was surprised to see a shipping charge when it said shipping was free. Since it was going to Canada, I figured there'd be some shipping costs, but not the full price, especially since it was on sale. On top of that, I had to cough up more for duty, and I assumed the shipping was included in that extra cost since I couldn't find any info to clarify. I get that this is beyond the control of Moments Engraved, and honestly, this is the Christmas gift I'm most thrilled to have received. Thanks, Moments Engraved!
